OBO Beautiful, modern sofa in excellent condition in Arlington, VA

Micro-suede, camel color, sealed fabric protectant, not even two years old. This "loveseat" is larger than the typical loveseat and fits two adults comfortably, but still smaller than a sofa, so perfect for a smaller space or apartment living room setup. I have two identical pieces that I'd like to sell, so I'd sell them for $250 individually or $450 total if anyone would like to purchase the set. [That's less than half of what I paid for them!] They each come with two matching micro-suede pillows. Both are in excellent condition and were in a non-smoking, pet-free household!
